Manage Your Subscription
Everything about managing your Madra subscription: plan changes, cancellation, renewal.
Your Madra subscription is what keeps your website online and gives you access to all the features and support included in your plan. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
What is my current plan?
You can see your current plan at any time by logging in to your dashboard and going to the Subscription section. This page shows:
- Your current plan name (Starter or Pro)
- The monthly price (29.90 EUR/month for Starter, 39.90 EUR/month for Pro)
- Your next billing date
- The status of your subscription (active, cancelled, or past due)

How do I switch plans?
You can upgrade from Starter to Pro, or downgrade from Pro to Starter, at any time. Here is how:
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Go to the Subscription section.
- Click Change plan.
- Select the plan you want to switch to.
- Confirm your choice.
Upgrading (Starter to Pro)
When you upgrade, the additional features of the Pro plan become available immediately. You will be charged the difference between the two plans on a prorated basis for the remainder of your current billing cycle. From the next cycle onward, you will be billed the full Pro rate of 39.90 EUR/month.
Downgrading (Pro to Starter)
When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to all Pro features until then. No refund is issued for the current cycle. From the next cycle, you will be billed the Starter rate of 29.90 EUR/month.
If your site currently uses Pro-only features (such as a blog section or Google Maps integration), those features will become inactive after the downgrade takes effect. The content is not deleted and will be restored if you upgrade again.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Madra subscription at any time. There is no penalty and no cancellation fee. Here is how:
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Go to the Subscription section.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm your cancellation.
After cancelling:
- Your website remains online until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again.
- After the billing period ends, your website goes offline.
- Your account and data are retained for 90 days, giving you the option to reactivate.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Both the Starter and Pro plans are billed on a monthly basis with no minimum commitment period. You are free to cancel at the end of any month without owing anything extra.
There are no annual contracts, no setup fees, and no early termination penalties. You pay month-to-month for as long as you want your website to remain active.
What happens if I do not pay?
If a payment fails (for example, because your card has expired or there are insufficient funds), here is what happens:
- First attempt fails. You will receive an email notification asking you to update your payment method. Your website remains online.
- Retry period (7 days). Madra will automatically retry the payment after a few days. During this time, your site stays live.
- Second attempt fails. You will receive a second notification. Your account is marked as "past due."
- After 14 days. If no successful payment is made, your website is suspended (taken offline). Your data is preserved.
- After 90 days. If no payment is made and you have not contacted support, your account and data may be permanently deleted.
To avoid interruptions, make sure your payment method is up to date. You can update it at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard.
