How much does a Madra website cost?

Madra offers two monthly plans with no hidden fees:

  • Starter — 29.90 EUR/month. Includes up to 5 pages, AI-generated design, hosting, SSL, contact form, basic SEO, and email support.
  • Pro — 39.90 EUR/month. Includes everything in Starter plus up to 10 pages, blog, Google Maps, analytics integration, advanced SEO, and priority support.

How long does it take to get my website?

Your website is typically delivered within 24 hours after you submit the order form. The AI generates your site, and a human expert reviews everything before delivery. In rare cases involving complex requests, delivery may take up to 48 hours.

Can I edit my website myself?

You can request changes at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support at hello@madra.io. The Madra team handles all edits for you, including text updates, image replacements, layout adjustments, and new pages.

This means you do not need any technical skills. Simply describe what you want changed and the team takes care of it.

Is my website mobile-responsive?

Yes. Every website created by Madra is fully responsive. It automatically adapts to all screen sizes, including desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones. Responsive design is included in every plan at no extra cost.

Is SEO included?

Yes. Every Madra website includes fundamental SEO optimization out of the box:

  • Unique meta titles and descriptions for each page
  • Clean, human-readable URL structure
  • XML sitemap and robots.txt
  • Fast page loading speed
  • Mobile-friendly design (a Google ranking factor)
  • Proper heading structure (H1, H2, H3)

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. You can connect any domain name you own (e.g., yourbusiness.com) to your Madra website. Your site is initially published on a Madra subdomain, and you can add your custom domain at any time.

Note
Madra does not sell domain names directly. You can purchase a domain from any registrar (OVH, Namecheap, Google Domains, GoDaddy, etc.) and connect it to your Madra site.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. Here is how:

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Go to the Subscription section.
  3. Click Cancel subscription.
  4. Confirm your cancellation.

Your website remains online until the end of your current billing period. After that, it will be taken offline. You can reactivate your account at any time if you change your mind.

How do I contact support?

You can reach the Madra support team in two ways:

  • Email — Send a message to hello@madra.io. We typically respond within a few hours during business days.
  • Dashboard — Use the Support section in your dashboard to submit a request directly.

Pro plan subscribers receive priority support with faster response times.
