How It Works
From order to launch, here's the complete journey to get your Madra website.
What are the steps to create your site?
Creating a website with Madra follows a clear, five-step process. You handle the first step; we take care of the rest.
Head to the order form and tell us about your business. You'll provide your company name, industry, a description of your services, your target audience, and any style preferences (colors, tone, references). You can also upload your logo, photos, and any existing content you'd like included.
Once your order is submitted, our AI engine gets to work. It analyzes your input and creates a complete website: page structure, written content, visual layout, image selection, color scheme, and SEO configuration. This phase typically takes a few hours.
Every AI-generated site goes through a manual review by a Madra expert. They check content accuracy, design consistency, mobile responsiveness, loading speed, and SEO settings. If anything needs adjustment, they fix it before you see the preview.
You receive a private preview link via email within 24 hours of your order. Review the site on desktop and mobile. If something needs to change — a text, an image, a color — let us know and we'll make the adjustments.
Once you approve the final version, we connect your custom domain and publish the site. Your website is now live, secured with SSL, and indexed by search engines.
What happens after I place my order?
Immediately after submitting the order form, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Your account is created automatically, and you can log in to your dashboard to track the progress of your website.
Within 24 hours, you'll receive a second email with your preview link. This is a fully functional version of your site hosted on a temporary URL. You can browse every page, test the contact form, and check how it looks on different devices.
Can I edit my site after it's live?
Yes. Once your site is live, you have two options for making changes:
- Request changes from our team — contact us via your dashboard or email hello@madra.io. Describe the changes you need, and we'll implement them for you. This is included in your subscription at no extra cost.
- Edit content yourself — for text and image changes, you can use the built-in editing tools available in your dashboard. See Edit content for a step-by-step guide.
There is no limit to how many change requests you can make. Your subscription covers ongoing updates throughout your plan.
How does Madra compare to a custom-built website?
Hiring a web agency or freelance developer to build a custom website typically costs between 1,500€ and 10,000€ and takes 2 to 8 weeks. Here's how Madra compares:
| Criteria | Madra | Web agency |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery time | 24 hours | 2–8 weeks |
| Cost | From 29.90€/month | 1,500€–10,000€+ |
| Hosting included | Yes | Often separate |
| SSL included | Yes | Varies |
| SEO setup | Included | Often extra |
| Ongoing support | Included | Hourly billing |
| Mobile responsive | Always | Usually, but verify |
| Technical knowledge needed | None | Some, for maintenance |
Madra is ideal if you need a professional, fast, and affordable website without the complexity of managing a full web project. For highly custom applications (e-commerce with thousands of products, booking systems with complex logic), a custom build may be more appropriate.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
Your satisfaction is the priority. If the preview doesn't match your expectations, here's what you can do:
- Request specific changes — point out exactly what you'd like modified (text, images, layout, colors). Most revisions are completed within a few hours.
- Provide additional details — sometimes the original form submission lacked detail. Adding more context about your brand, tone, or visual references helps us fine-tune the result.
- Ask for a redesign — if the overall direction is off, we can regenerate the site with adjusted parameters at no additional cost.
We don't consider a project complete until you're happy with it. There's no extra charge for revisions during the review phase.
