How to fill out the form to order your Madra website.

Where can I find the order form?

The order form is available at madra.io/formulaire. You can also reach it by clicking the "Get started" or "Order my site" button on any page of the Madra website.

The form takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. You don't need to have everything prepared in advance — you can always add more details later. However, the more information you provide upfront, the closer the first version will match your expectations.

What information do I need to provide?

The form collects the essential details our AI needs to generate your website. Here's what you'll be asked:

Business information

  • Business name — the official name of your company, brand, or practice.
  • Industry / sector — select your field (restaurant, trades, consulting, healthcare, retail, etc.).
  • Business description — a short paragraph explaining what you do, who you serve, and what makes you different.
  • Services or products — list your main offerings. Be as specific as possible.
  • Target audience — who are your ideal clients or customers?

Contact and location

  • Address — if you have a physical location, provide the full address for Google Maps integration.
  • Phone number — displayed on your site so visitors can call you directly.
  • Email address — the contact email that will receive form submissions.
  • Social media links — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other profiles you want linked.

Design preferences

  • Color preferences — do you have brand colors? If not, describe the mood you want (modern, warm, bold, minimal).
  • Tone of voice — formal, friendly, technical, playful? This guides the writing style.
  • Reference websites — share links to sites you admire. It helps us understand your taste.
  • Logo — upload your logo if you have one. Accepted formats: PNG, SVG, JPG.
Tip
Don't have a logo yet? No problem. Our AI will select a clean typography-based header for your brand. You can always add a custom logo later.

How should I describe my business for the best results?

The business description field is the most important part of the form. It directly influences the quality and accuracy of your website. Here are practical tips:

  • Be specific, not generic — instead of "We offer quality services," say "We install and maintain heating systems for residential homes in the Lyon area."
  • Mention your unique strengths — what sets you apart from competitors? Years of experience, certifications, a particular method, awards?
  • Describe your ideal client — "Our typical client is a homeowner aged 35-55 looking for energy-efficient heating solutions" gives us much more to work with than "We serve everyone."
  • Include numbers if possible — "Over 500 installations completed since 2015" or "4.8 stars on Google with 120 reviews" builds credibility on your site.
  • List your key services clearly — use bullet points or a numbered list. Each service becomes a potential section or page on your website.
Common mistake
Avoid submitting the form with very little detail. A description like "I'm a plumber" will produce a generic result. The AI performs best when it has rich, specific input to work with.

Can I add my own images?

Yes. The order form includes a file upload section where you can add photos of your business, products, team, premises, or any visual you want on your site.

Here are guidelines for best results:

  • Use high-quality images — minimum 1200px wide. Blurry or pixelated photos will hurt the professional look of your site.
  • Prefer landscape orientation — horizontal images work better for hero sections and banners.
  • Keep file sizes reasonable — images under 5 MB each are ideal. Our system will optimize them automatically.
  • Name your files clearly — "team-photo.jpg" is more helpful than "IMG_4872.jpg."

If you don't have photos, our AI will select relevant, royalty-free professional images that match your industry and brand. You can always swap these for your own images later.

What happens after I submit the form?

Once you click "Submit," here's the sequence of events:

  1. Confirmation email — you'll receive an email confirming your order within minutes. It contains a summary of what you submitted.
  2. Account creation — a Madra account is automatically created for you. You'll receive login credentials to access your dashboard.
  3. AI generation — our AI starts building your website immediately. This phase takes a few hours.
  4. Expert review — a human expert checks the generated site for quality and accuracy.
  5. Preview delivery — within 24 hours, you receive a preview link by email and in your dashboard.

You don't need to do anything during this process. We'll notify you as soon as your preview is ready for review.
