Launching is the final step before your website becomes publicly accessible. At Madra, every site is reviewed by a human expert before publication: they check the design, content, links, performance, and SEO. You do not need to do anything technical — the team handles everything.
When does my site go live?
Your site goes live within 24 hours of order confirmation and receipt of all required information (text, images, domain). Here is the process:
- You fill out the order form — you describe your business and provide your text and images
- The AI generates your site — a complete website is created in minutes from your information
- A human expert reviews it — design, spelling, links, mobile performance, and SEO are all checked
- You receive a preview — you can request changes before going live
- Your site launches — once approved, your site is published on your domain
Before approving your site for launch, make sure:
- All text has been proofread and is free of spelling errors
- Your contact details (address, phone, email) are correct
- Images are high quality and accurately represent your business
- The contact form works and messages reach your email address
- Your domain name is connected (or you have shared the desired domain with the team)
- Legal notices and privacy policy are in place
Can I pause or take my site offline?
Your site stays online as long as your Madra subscription is active. If you need to take it down temporarily:
- Temporary pause — contact the Madra team via your Dashboard. The site can be deactivated without losing your data or content
- Cancellation — if you cancel your subscription, the site goes offline at the end of the current billing period. Your data is kept for 30 days, giving you time to resubscribe if you change your mind
Pausing does not incur any additional fees. You can bring your site back online at any time by reactivating your subscription.
How do I update my site after launch?
Your site is not frozen after going live. You can request changes at any time through your Dashboard:
- Edit text — fix a typo, change a phone number, or update your business hours
- Replace images — swap a photo for a more recent version
- Add a page — a new service, a careers page, or a portfolio section
- Adjust the design — change colors, fonts, or the layout of a section
Updates are included in your subscription. There are no additional fees for routine changes. See Edit content for details.
Before giving the green light, open your site preview on your phone. Check that text is readable, images display correctly, and the menu works with your finger. Over 60% of your visitors will come from a mobile device.
