Delivery Timeline

How long does it take to receive your Madra website? Everything about delivery timelines.

How long does it take to receive my site?

Most Madra websites are delivered within 24 hours of submitting the order form. This includes AI generation, human expert review, and quality assurance.

Here's the typical breakdown of each phase:

Phase Duration What happens
Order confirmation Instant You receive a confirmation email and your account is created.
AI generation 2–6 hours Our AI creates the full website: structure, content, design, and SEO.
Expert review 2–4 hours A human expert reviews quality, accuracy, mobile, and performance.
Preview delivery Within 24h total You receive the preview link via email and in your dashboard.

After receiving the preview, the time to go live depends entirely on you. Once you approve the site (or once any requested changes are implemented), publication takes just a few minutes.

Good to know
Orders submitted during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM CET) are typically processed fastest. Weekend and evening orders are still processed, but may lean closer to the 24-hour mark.

How can I track the progress of my website?

You can monitor the status of your website at any time through your Madra dashboard. After logging in, you'll see a status indicator showing which phase your project is in:

  • Order received — your form has been submitted and your order is in the queue.
  • In progress — the AI is generating your website.
  • Under review — a human expert is reviewing the generated site.
  • Preview ready — your preview link is available. Time to review.
  • Changes requested — you've asked for modifications; our team is working on them.
  • Live — your website is published and accessible to the public.

You'll also receive email notifications at key milestones: order confirmation, preview ready, and site live.

When will my site actually be live on the internet?

Your site goes live as soon as you approve the preview and we connect your domain. The publication process itself takes only a few minutes.

The total time from order to live site depends on two factors:

  1. Preview delivery — typically 24 hours after your order.
  2. Your review time — how quickly you review the preview and either approve it or request changes.

If you approve the preview immediately, your site can be live within 25 hours of placing your order. If you request changes, add a few more hours for each round of revisions.

Domain propagation
If you're connecting a custom domain name, DNS propagation can take up to 24–48 hours for the domain to fully resolve worldwide. During this period, the site is live but some visitors may not see it until their DNS cache updates. See Connect a domain for details.

Can I request changes after receiving the preview?

Yes, absolutely. The preview phase is specifically designed for you to review and provide feedback. There is no limit on the number of change requests, and revisions are included in your subscription.

Common types of changes requested:

  • Text edits — reword a headline, update a paragraph, fix a detail. Turnaround: usually under 2 hours.
  • Image swaps — replace a stock photo with your own image, or change an image that doesn't fit. Turnaround: under 2 hours.
  • Color adjustments — change the accent color, background shade, or button style. Turnaround: under 2 hours.
  • Layout modifications — reorder sections, add a new section, or remove one. Turnaround: 2–4 hours.
  • Adding a page — need an extra page not in the original order? We can add it. Turnaround: 4–8 hours depending on content.

To request changes, reply to the preview email or use the feedback feature in your dashboard. Be as specific as possible — exact descriptions help us implement changes faster.

Are there cases where delivery takes longer than 24 hours?

In some situations, the delivery may extend to 48 hours. This is uncommon but can happen in the following scenarios:

  • Large websites — projects with more than 10 pages require more AI generation time and more thorough expert review.
  • Complex requirements — specific technical integrations, multi-language setups, or detailed e-commerce configurations take additional time.
  • High demand periods — during peak ordering times, the queue may be longer. You'll always receive an estimated delivery time after placing your order.
  • Incomplete order form — if critical information is missing (no business description, no industry selected), our team may need to contact you for clarification before proceeding.
Avoid delays
The most common cause of delays is an incomplete order form. Take 10 minutes to fill it out thoroughly, and you'll get the fastest possible delivery. See Order form for tips on what to include.

If your delivery is taking longer than expected, check your dashboard for status updates or contact us at hello@madra.io. We'll give you an updated estimate immediately.
