Login to Your Account

How to access your Madra client dashboard.

Your Madra account gives you access to your dashboard, where you can manage your website, subscription, billing, and support requests. You can log in using your email and password, or through Google sign-in.

How do I log in?

Logging in to your Madra account takes just a few seconds. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to madra.io/connexion (or click "Login" in the top navigation bar).
  2. Enter the email address you used when you signed up.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click Log in.

You will be redirected to your dashboard, where you can manage all aspects of your Madra website.

Tip
Bookmark your login page so you can access your dashboard quickly any time.

What if I forgot my password?

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it in a few steps:

  1. Go to the login page at madra.io/connexion.
  2. Click Forgot password? below the password field.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from Madra.
  5. Click the link in the email and choose a new password.

The reset link is valid for 24 hours. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not see it, contact support.

Note
For security reasons, Madra does not store your password in plain text. Our team cannot retrieve or tell you your current password. You must reset it if forgotten.

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes. Madra supports Google sign-in for a faster, passwordless login experience. Here is how it works:

  1. Go to the login page at madra.io/connexion.
  2. Click Continue with Google.
  3. Select the Google account you want to use (it must match the email address on your Madra account).
  4. You will be logged in and redirected to your dashboard.

If you originally signed up with an email and password, you can still use Google sign-in as long as the email addresses match. Both login methods work interchangeably on the same account.

What if my account is locked?

For security purposes, your account may be temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts. This protects your account from unauthorized access.

If your account is locked:

  • Wait 15 minutes and try again. The lock is temporary and lifts automatically.
  • Reset your password using the "Forgot password?" link. This also unlocks your account immediately.
  • Contact support at hello@madra.io if the problem persists. Our team can verify your identity and unlock your account manually.
Important
If you did not attempt to log in and receive a notification about failed login attempts, someone else may be trying to access your account. Reset your password immediately and contact support.

How can I secure my account?

Protecting your Madra account is important. Here are some best practices to keep your account safe:

  • Use a strong password. Choose a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using your name, birthday, or common words.
  • Use a unique password. Do not reuse a password from another website or service. If one service is compromised, all accounts sharing that password become vulnerable.
  • Use Google sign-in. If your Google account has two-factor authentication enabled, signing in with Google provides an extra layer of security for your Madra account.
  • Keep your email secure. Your email address is the key to your account. Make sure your email account itself is protected with a strong password and, ideally, two-factor authentication.
  • Do not share your credentials. Never share your password with anyone. Madra support will never ask for your password.
  • Log out on shared devices. If you log in from a public or shared computer, always log out when you are finished.
Tip
Consider using a password manager (like Bitwarden, 1Password, or the one built into your browser) to generate and store strong, unique passwords for all your accounts.
