How to change text, images, and information on your Madra website.

Your Madra website is fully managed, which means you do not need any technical skills to update your content. All changes are handled by our team after you submit a request from your dashboard. This guide explains how the process works and what you can expect.

How do I edit text on my website?

To change any text on your website, including headings, paragraphs, button labels, or contact information, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Go to the Change requests section.
  3. Click New request.
  4. Specify which page and section you want to update.
  5. Provide the exact new text you want displayed.
  6. Click Submit.

Our team will review your request and apply the change. You will receive a notification once the update is live.

For the fastest results, copy and paste the current text and highlight what needs to change. This avoids ambiguity and helps our team apply the update correctly on the first attempt.

How do I change images?

You can replace any image on your website, including photos, logos, icons, and background images. To request an image change:

  1. Go to Change requests in your dashboard.
  2. Click New request.
  3. Describe which image you want to replace and on which page.
  4. Upload the new image file as an attachment.
  5. Click Submit.

For best results, use high-quality images in JPEG, PNG, or WebP format. The recommended minimum width is 1200 pixels for full-width images and 600 pixels for smaller elements like team photos or thumbnails.

Can I edit my website in real time?

Madra is a fully managed service, which means you do not have direct access to a website editor or CMS. All changes go through the Madra team to ensure quality, consistency, and technical correctness.

  • Starter plan (29.90 EUR/month). Includes a reasonable number of monthly content updates such as text changes, image replacements, and minor adjustments.
  • Pro plan (39.90 EUR/month). Includes more frequent updates and priority processing. Complex changes such as new sections or page redesigns are also covered.

There is no strict numerical limit on edits. We review each request on a case-by-case basis. Standard content updates (text, images, contact info) are always included. Large-scale redesigns or frequent bulk changes may require discussion with our team.

How long do edits take?

Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the request and your plan:

  • Simple changes (text updates, image swaps, contact info): typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • Moderate changes (new sections, layout adjustments): typically completed within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Complex changes (new pages, design overhauls): may take 3 to 5 business days depending on scope.

Pro plan subscribers benefit from priority processing, which means their requests are handled first during business hours.

Tip
If you have an urgent change (for example, correcting an incorrect phone number), mention it in your request. Urgent corrections are prioritized regardless of your plan.
