How to adapt colors, fonts, and layout to match your brand identity.

Your Madra website is designed to reflect your brand from day one. During the creation process, our AI selects colors, fonts, and layouts based on the information you provide in the order form. After delivery, you can request design changes at any time to refine the look and feel of your site.

How do I change the colors on my site?

Colors play a central role in your website's visual identity. Your Madra site uses a consistent color palette applied across all pages, including backgrounds, headings, buttons, links, and accents.

To request a color change:

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Go to Change requests.
  3. Click New request.
  4. Describe the color change you want. For example: "Change the primary button color from blue to green" or "Use #2A7D4F as the main accent color."
  5. Click Submit.

Our team will apply the new colors consistently across your entire site, including buttons, links, hover states, and section backgrounds.

Tip
If you have a brand style guide with specific hex color codes, share it with your request. This ensures an exact match. If you do not have hex codes, describe the colors you want (e.g., "dark navy blue," "warm terracotta") and our team will select the closest professional match.

How do I change the fonts?

Your website uses a pair of fonts: one for headings and one for body text. These fonts are selected during the initial design to complement your brand and ensure readability.

You can request font changes by submitting a change request. When describing your preference, you can:

  • Name a specific font. For example: "Use Montserrat for headings and Open Sans for body text."
  • Describe a style. For example: "I want a more modern, minimalist look" or "Something elegant and serif-based."
  • Share a reference. Link to a website whose font style you like, and our team will find a similar combination.

Madra uses Google Fonts, which provides a vast library of professional, web-optimized fonts at no additional cost. Our team ensures that the fonts chosen load quickly and display correctly on all devices.

Can I modify the page layout?

Yes, you can request layout changes for any page or section on your website. Layout modifications include:

  • Reordering sections. Move a section higher or lower on the page.
  • Changing column layouts. Switch from a two-column to a three-column grid, or vice versa.
  • Adjusting spacing. Increase or decrease the space between sections, elements, or text blocks.
  • Modifying backgrounds. Change a section background from a solid color to an image, gradient, or pattern.
  • Resizing elements. Make images larger or smaller, adjust button sizes, or change the width of content areas.

For layout changes, describe what you want as clearly as possible. If you have a visual reference or a rough sketch, attach it to your request. This significantly speeds up the process.

Note
Major layout overhauls (e.g., redesigning an entire page from scratch) may take longer than simple adjustments. Our team will let you know the expected timeline when processing your request.

How do I update or add my logo?

Your logo appears in the header of every page and often in the footer as well. It is one of the first things visitors see and a key part of your brand identity.

To update your logo:

  1. Go to Change requests in your dashboard.
  2. Click New request.
  3. Upload your new logo file.
  4. Specify where it should appear (header only, footer only, or both).
  5. Click Submit.

For best results, provide your logo in the following formats:

  • PNG with transparent background. This is the most versatile format and works well on any background color.
  • SVG (vector). If available, this format ensures perfect sharpness at any size.
  • Minimum width: 400 pixels. This ensures the logo looks crisp on high-resolution screens.

How does Madra maintain design consistency?

Every design change you request is applied with consistency in mind. Our team follows these principles when updating your site:

  • Global color palette. When you change a primary color, it is updated everywhere it appears: buttons, links, icons, borders, and backgrounds.
  • Typography hierarchy. Font changes are applied to all headings, paragraphs, and UI elements consistently, maintaining a clear visual hierarchy.
  • Responsive design. All design changes are tested on desktop, tablet, and mobile to ensure they look good on every screen size.
  • Accessibility. Our team checks color contrast ratios and font sizes to ensure your site remains accessible and easy to read.
  • Brand alignment. If you share a brand guide, our team references it for every design decision to keep your website aligned with your broader brand identity.
Tip
If you are rebranding, submit all your design changes (new logo, new colors, new fonts) in a single request. This allows our team to update everything at once for a cohesive result, rather than applying changes incrementally.
