Terms & Conditions

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between MADRA, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 990 410 391, with its registered office at 200 Rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France (hereinafter "the Provider") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client") subscribing to a website creation service via the website madra.io.

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 — Services Offered

Madra offers an AI-assisted professional website creation service, including:

  • The creation of a custom website based on the information provided by the Client
  • Website hosting on a high-performance infrastructure
  • A domain name included in the subscription
  • An SSL certificate (HTTPS)
  • SEO optimization (search engine optimization)
  • Content modifications (texts, images, sections) included in the subscription
  • Analytics tracking

Article 3 — Pricing and Plans

Prices are displayed in euros excluding tax (excl. VAT) on the madra.io website. Three plans are available:

  • No commitment: 49.90 excl. VAT/month, cancellable at any time
  • 6-month commitment: 44.90 excl. VAT/month, billed 269.40 excl. VAT as a one-time payment
  • 12-month commitment: 39.90 excl. VAT/month, billed 478.80 excl. VAT as a one-time payment

The Provider reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed via the online form on madra.io. Payment is made online through the secure Stripe platform. The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Accepted payment methods include: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, and other methods available through Stripe.

Article 5 — Delivery Time

The website is delivered within 24 to 48 business hours from payment confirmation. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the information provided.

The Client receives a preview link before the final publication of the website.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the execution of which has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer.

By validating their order, the Client expressly agrees that the execution of the service begins immediately and waives their right of withdrawal.

However, Madra commits to making modifications until the Client is satisfied.

Article 7 — Modifications and Adjustments

Content modifications (texts, images, section reorganization) are included in the subscription and completed within 24 business hours.

Complete redesigns (total change of design or architecture) are not covered by the subscription and will be subject to a separate quote.

Article 8 — Duration and Cancellation

No-commitment plan

The Client may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.

6-month and 12-month plans

The commitment period begins from the date of payment. No early refund is possible except in cases of force majeure. At the end of the commitment period, the subscription continues on a monthly basis at the no-commitment rate, cancellable at any time.

Article 9 — Content Ownership

The Client remains the owner of all content provided (texts, images, logo) and all content generated for their website.

In the event of cancellation, the Client may request a complete export of their website (source code, images, content). Madra commits to providing this export within 7 business days.

Article 10 — Liability

Madra commits to implementing all necessary means to ensure the proper execution of the service. This constitutes an obligation of means.

Madra cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the created website (loss of customers, loss of revenue, etc.).

Article 11 — Data Protection

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Article 12 — Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts shall be seized.

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Client may use a consumer mediator in the event of an unresolved dispute.
